Artist Marketing Coordinator
Join Amuse in shaping independent artists campaigns from planning to launch.
Role Description
Amuse is growing globally, expanding our presence, and continuously building new ways to support independent artists. As we scale our international operations, we are looking for a driven, highly organised Artist Marketing Coordinator to join our team in London.
In this role, you’ll be at the center of our release setup, working closely with project leads to coordinate, execute, and track campaigns across a diverse roster of artists. From day-to-day release logistics and asset management to sync support and cross-team communication, you’ll help ensure every project moves seamlessly from early planning through to launch.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love turning plans into action, and want hands-on experience in label operations and artist services, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
What you will do
Support project leads with the day-to-day execution and logistics of artist campaigns across both frontline and catalogue releases.
Coordinate release timelines, team meetings, approvals, and asset deliverables to keep every project moving smoothly on schedule.
Collect, organize, and maintain artist assets (photos, artwork, bios, video files, and audio assets) for use across the entire team.
Assist with the rollout of promotional activities across digital channels, social media, DSPs, and creator outreach.
Support our Sync team with catalogue metadata, asset maintenance, pitch playlist curation, newsletter creation, and pipeline tracking.
Gather, organize, and track campaign data from streaming and social platforms to help compile clear reports for internal teams and managers.
Keep an eye on social media trends, creator culture, and music platform updates to flag interesting opportunities for our projects.
Communicate daily with internal departments (A&R, Comms, Social, Brand) and external partners (DSPs, agencies, managers) to keep information flowing.
Your Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a music industry role, such as label operations, artist services, or marketing coordination.
Strong understanding of the music release workflow, digital streaming platforms, and social media channels.
Proven project coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines, balance priorities, and keep track of many moving parts.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic campaign analytics to help structure performance reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.
Who You Are
Highly structured, dependable, and detail-oriented, with high standards for accuracy in your work.
Passionate about music, artists, and the digital systems that power the independent music industry.
Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and keep momentum going under tight deadlines.
A clear and collaborative communicator who naturally builds strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Eager to learn, ask questions, brainstorm ideas, and support the wider team across a variety of practical tasks.
