Address operational challenges within the business and assist in identifying and implementing processes that add value and enable the organization to grow and scale at a healthy pace.
Oversee strategic business initiatives and contribute to market research. Assist in competitive analysis, and monitor industry trends to provide analytical insights for decision-making.
Supervise and coordinate additional initiatives and strategic key projects as directed by the CEO.
Qualities and skills you possess:
Top performer with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or engineering, preferably complemented by an MBA and a proven history of outstanding academic excellence.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, with expertise in management consulting, project coordination, operations management, finance, or banking.

Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication, both in English and another language. (Mastering multiple languages is an advantage)
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and especially great people management skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools in Google Suite).
Previous experience and understanding of fundraising are advantageous.
