Role Description
As our Head of Content & Channels, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content and channel strategy that will grow and engage our existing users. You will manage and oversee all of our content and channels and analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization while working closely with cross-functional teams to execute relevant content and channel initiatives. The key is to grow the amuse footprint and create engagement within the global creator community. Plus, you'll stay on top of industry trends and share relevant insights and learnings within the organization.
Your ultimate goal? To grow engagement across all of our channels!
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to engage users through content and channels.
Manage and oversee all content and channels, including social media, user communication, and our website.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization around the user journey.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and needs, foremost Brand & Creative team, Product owners, and Label team to develop and execute content and channel initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content and channels, and adjust as necessary.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and other relevant insights.
Inspire, motivate, and develop a team of content and channel specialists.
Assist with and be involved in Product-led growth and retention features.
Ensure we have the right tools and systems to follow up and reach our goals.
Manage content plan and editorial calendar, ensure this is up to date and followed.
Qualities and skills you possess:
Skilled in editorial pieces, storytelling, and what makes people engage with a story.
Strong knowledge and experience with social channels.
Proven track record of developing and managing successful content and channels.
Strong analytical skills, a love of numbers, and experience using data as a base for decision-making.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, including leading and managing content production and the editorial calendar.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Curiosity and a desire to constantly learn and improve.
An analytical, creative, and data-driven mindset that can envision anything.
A natural love for music with a good understanding of the music ecosystem.
Experience in the music industry is a plus but not required.

- Location: Stockholm, Flexible.
