Our fantastic team of Content Operations are looking for a new-hire to help them assure our compliance with content standards and assisting our Artists in delivering high-quality content.
Role Description
We are looking for an organized and driven Content Specialist to join our Content Operations team, with a focus on content management for User-generated content in general and YouTube Content ID in particular. You have previous experience from working with YouTube and CID and are keen to bring the knowledge with you to amuse. This role will be responsible for making sure we are following YouTube’s CID guidelines, and also for recommending process, product, and policy changes internally. As a Content Operations Agent, you will be a vital part of assuring our compliance with content standards and assisting our Artists in delivering high-quality content to our different music service partners.

Responsibilities:
Using the YouTube CMS to review claims towards amuse’s catalogue.
Act as a point of contact for YouTube for anything CID-related within the Content Operations team.
Collaborating closely with other members of the Content Operations team in order to efficiently combat fraud.
Proposing improvements to the way we handle CID internally. This includes product improvements as well as processes and policies.
Support our artists with content-related issues.
Qualities and skills you possess:
Experience from working with UGC management systems
Prior experience from any support ticketing system.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well both independently and in a team.
Assertive and pragmatic at the same time. You are not afraid to make your voice heard and always make sure to listen to other people’s feedback
Ideally, passionate about music and wanting to change the music industry for the better.
Thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Scope: Content Ops Agent, full-time and permanent.
Team: Content Operations.
Reports to: Head of Content Operations.
Location: Stockholm/Flexible.
