A&R Scout Associate

Role Description
As an A&R Scout Associate at amuse, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of scouts to headhunt new and upcoming artists based on our user data. In this role, you will reach out and connect with interesting artists and be the initial point of contact between the artist and our Head of A&R scouts. As a person, you are social, and structured with an interest in the music industry.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with your assigned scout and support them in the deal-making process.
- Prospect and vet potential leads by finding eligible artists through our internal systems.
- Research and acquire contact details for potential artists the company could sign.
- Handle the initial outreach to eligible artists, and establish contact through our internal systems.
Qualities and skills you possess:
- Excellent communication skills, full proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with a problem-solving mentality.
- Natural coordination skills, structured and attentive.
- Adaptive and driven. You understand the need to be responsive and timely in both internal and external communication.
